Stoelzle wins the ‘Limited Edition of the Year’ Award for the Highland Park 54 Year Old.

United Kingdom - A panel of well-respected judges throughout the packaging industry has selected the Stoelzle Glass Group as winners of the UK Packaging Awards 2023 Award in the category ‘Limited Edition of the Year’ for their outstanding work for the Highland Park 54 Year Old bottle.

Stoelzle is thrilled to receive this significant award as it highlights the company’s ability to produce excellent glass packaging from start to finish. Their design and production team works closely with clients, ensuring elegant concepts are produced and delivered as outstanding products. Stoelzle has thoroughly enjoyed working with Highland Park and John Galvin Design, who designed and produced the stunning wooden box, which makes a significant contribution to the presentation of the bottle. The entire team is over the moon to have been awarded with this prestigious award.

Highland Park 54 Year Old

The Highland Park 54 Year Old is a 54 year old single malt Scotch Whisky and an especially rare release that was available from specialist outlets globally from mid-February 2023. Only 225 bottles have been created, by Highland Park Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion. The Highland Park 54 Year Old consists of a bespoke embossed bottle containing the 54 year old whisky, a beautiful presentation box crafted from the finest Scottish oak wood, and an invitation for the buyer to attend a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Orkney. As a manufacturer, Stoelzle Flaconnage were privileged that this exciting project came to them. The bottles were carefully crafted by their skilled glassmakers with new moulds needed for this special container. The glass was then sent to France for polishing and then back to the UK for hand graving with fine silver paint.
