From a basic customer drawing to the sampling in glass, it took us only 4 weeks to create this great bottle. Stoelzle Masnières has shown its solid expertise in the production of technically demanding shapes.

#1 – The idea

All starts somewhere - so does our product development. The first ideas and thoughts are the foundation for product development. Tell us about your unique designs or send us your sketch and we will help you make your dreams come true.

#2 – The technical drawing

With our solid expertise in production of technically demanding shapes, we can master almost any challenge. When preparing the appropriate drawing, our experienced team takes technical details into account, so that everything runs smoothly in production. In this case the key challenge was to obtain sharp facets and a perfect realisation of the faceted body in different sizes of bottles.

#3 – The optional 3D print

State-of-the-art technology makes it possible to visualise your ideas by using 3D printers. With a 3D print you will obtain the first prototype of your very own design.

#4 – The Decoration

Create stunning products by adding some decoration. We will not limit your creativity! We take advantage of three in-house decoration facilities in Great Britain, France and Poland. To meet all your expectations, we use numerous traditional and innovative decoration techniques.
