We are proud of many affiliates as well as fruitful cooperations in the fields of culture, arts, sports, society and charity. It is our priority to spread the passion for glass, wherever possible.
In the heart of the West Styrian Region, very close to the stud farm of Piber with its famous Lipizzaner horses, the former Stoelzle glass blowing factory received a new overall concept. The idea behind was to create a site based on four pillars: Glass Factory, Bed+Breakfast, Glass Museum and Glass Shop.
In 1988, as a part of the Styrian national Exhibition „Glass & Coal“ the architect Prof. DI Klaus Kada created a home for a Glass shop and Museum. Kada used the old generator house of the Stoelzle glassworks as the core building, encased it on three sides with new elements and thus demonstrated the potential of modern glass construction technology.

The Bed & Breakfast is made of 10 rooms, which have been furnished in a minimalist style in order to blend perfectly with the award-winning Glass Centre’s architecture. The location aims to attract business travellers as well as tourists.
