Changes in technology, automation and the implementation of Industry 4.0 all require highly trained and qualified employees. Stoelzle invests in and promotes constant training and further education to guarantee the highest product and service quality.

Occupational safety and health protection

Safety is a fundamental principle, and we are well aware of our responsibility. Our goal is to become an accident-free industrial company. Over the course of the coming months, the installation of the Health & Safety management system ISO 45001 will be concluded.

For us, digitalisation is an ongoing process in which the evaluation of production processes as well as the testing and implementation of new, forward-looking systems are at the forefront.

Web development: The internally developed SIP software is designed to continuously improve the manufacturing process by collecting and analysing data.
Networking of the machinery: All production and inspection machines are linked in one network and feed all incoming data into a central database.
Central knowledge database: At all Stoelzle locations we collect data for the analysis of the manufacturing process.
Increasing the reaction speed: Thanks to a maximum process understanding, flexibility and reaction speed are optimally increased.
