Stoelzle Flaconnage

Situated in the heart of West Yorkshire, the British glass factory Stoelzle Flaconnage, first established by J.W. Bagley and Co in 1871, became part of the Stoelzle Glass Group in 1994. Over the past few years major investments turned the British factory into a state-of-the-art manufacturer for prestige spirits.

About us

Stoelzle Flaconnage is deemed Stoelzle’s centre of excellence concerning development, production and decoration of Premium Spirits Bottles, with the capability to produce glass containers from 5cl up to 4.5l in extra white flint glass or feeder colouration. Due to the utmost flexibility, the site is able to also manufacture small batches for limited editions of luxury brands. In 2016, comprehensive investments included a new state-of-the-art flint glass furnace along with modern Cold End inspection facilities and decoration technologies (high-speed spraying line, automated printing machine and accessory application).

95% of Stoelzle Flaconnage’s total output produced is for the Prestige Spirits & Design market, with 5% supplied to leading Perfumery & Personal Care companies. Flaconnage is our centre of excellence with to regards the development, production and decoration of Premium Prestige Bottles.

Decoration

In order to meet the high expectations of the customer, Stoelzle Flaconnage offers a full range of in-house decoration techniques: automatic and semi-automatic silkscreen printing in ceramic colours together with precious metals along with the full spectrum of organic colours. Semi-automatic and fully automatic heat release and water-slide transfer application is also available. The range also offers the introduction of hot foil stamping and a twin spraying line for organic colours, where different spray guns used in one process, achieving subtle, multi-coloured finishes.
